No Matty this week, much sadness :-(

I heard from Matty tonight, and he's still in Canada.  :-(  I had such hopes of meeting him this weekend.  It will have to wait until next week, after his Thanksgiving.  We did talk for almost two hours though tonight :-).  I wish he could have made it, but things happen.  Now I just have to figure out what do do with myself for the next week. 

I could go back to Manhattan and work on the fixit thing with Amber, or I could stay up here in KC and hang out.  Here is going to be pretty uneventful though, everyone has to work during the day, and will be doing their game thing in the evenings.  It will be something different though, a whole new town to explore, I've never been here for more than a few days before.  I just don't know.  If I'm going to be up here for a while next week when Matt comes, I might should go to Manhattan this week.  I don't want to stay here and bug Mike and Shawn too long, but if Matt does come next week, I might be staying with him, and not imposing on Mike and Shawn.  AAAHH!! I don't know what to do!  I'll sleep on it :-)

I also need to call the Peace Corps tomorrow, I still haven't heard anything from them, this is starting to get old.  Sometimes I think I should just say bollox on the whole thing and look for a real job.  I really want to go though, it will be a once in a lifetime experience.  I'd really like to go explore somewhere and experience something different before I get tied down somewhere.  I'll call and see if they've come up with anything.
